In homogeneous catalysis, the catalyst is in the same phase as the reactant. The number of collisions between reactants and catalyst is at a maximum. In a patent, 4721-98-6, name is 6,7-Dimethoxy-1-methyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline, introducing its new discovery. Safety of 6,7-Dimethoxy-1-methyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline
Zinc-acetic acid promoted reductive carbon-nitrogen bond cleavage reaction of alpha-aminoketones
Scope and limitation of the reductive cleavage reaction of alpha-aminoketone systems with zinc-acetic acid are described. The carbon-nitrogen bond cleavage reaction was applicable to a wide range of alpha-aminoalkyl aryl ketones possessing various substituents on the aromatic ring. In contrast, alpha-aminoalkyl alkyl ketones with protons at the alpha’-position or alpha-aminoesters were sluggish to the carbon-nitrogen cleavage reaction.
We¡¯ll also look at important developments in the pharmaceutical industry because understanding organic chemistry is important in understanding health, medicine, the role of 4721-98-6, and how the biochemistry of the body works.Safety of 6,7-Dimethoxy-1-methyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline
