Li, Chen published the artcileA robust and facile method for desulfonation to amines, Formula: C8H11NO, the main research area is amine preparation; aromatic aliphatic sulfonamide desulfonation.

In this study, a robust and facile method for desulfonation to achieve secondary amines is demonstrated. Diphenylphosphine (Ph2PH) was shown to significantly expedite the cleavage of sulfonamides under basic conditions. Aromatic and aliphatic sulfonamides were cleanly converted, with a rapid reaction time, into the required amines with good to excellent chem. yields. Moreover, the functional groups tested were generally well tolerated.

Asian Journal of Organic Chemistry published new progress about Chemoselectivity. 5961-59-1 belongs to class isoquinoline, name is 4-Methoxy-N-methylaniline, and the molecular formula is C8H11NO, SDS of cas: 5961-59-1.

Jiang, Lei published the artcileSelective N-Monomethylation of Anilines with Methanol Catalyzed by Commercial Pd/C as an Efficient and Reusable Catalyst, SDS of cas: 5961-59-1, the main research area is monomethyl aniline preparation chemoselective; amine aryl methanol palladium catalyst chemoselective methylation.

In this paper, the N-monomethylation of aniline derivatives using Pd/C catalyst and methanol as the methylation reagent was investigated. The N-monomethylation of various aryl amines was achieved with high activity and selectivity under relatively mild reaction conditions, and the yield of N-monomethyl anilines ArNHMe [Ar = Ph, 4-pyridyl, 2-MeC6H4, etc.] was over 90 %. Notably, the com., readily available, and inexpensive heterogeneous catalyst, Pd/C, could be easily recovered and reused more than five times with only a slight decrease in activity; gram-scale experiments were also successfully performed.

Wexler, Ryan P.’s team published research in Organic Letters in 2019-06-21 | CAS: 5961-59-1

Organic Letters published new progress about Chan-Lam coupling reaction. 5961-59-1 belongs to class isoquinoline, name is 4-Methoxy-N-methylaniline, and the molecular formula is C8H11NO, COA of Formula: C8H11NO.

Wexler, Ryan P. published the artcileElectrochemically Enabled Chan-Lam Couplings of Aryl Boronic Acids and Anilines, COA of Formula: C8H11NO, the main research area is aryl amine preparation; aniline aryl boronic acid Chan Lam coupling reaction.

The Chan-Lam reaction remains a highly utilized transformation for C-N bond formation. However, anilines remain problematic substrates due to their lower nucleophilicity. To address this problem, we developed an electrochem. mediated Chan-Lam coupling of aryl boronic acids and amines utilizing a dual copper anode/cathode system. The mild conditions identified have enabled the preparation of a wide range of functionalized biarylanilines in good yields and chemoselectivities.

RSC Advances published new progress about Aryl aldehydes Role: RCT (Reactant), RACT (Reactant or Reagent). 151-10-0 belongs to class isoquinoline, name is 1,3-Dimethoxybenzene, and the molecular formula is C8H10O2, Product Details of C8H10O2.

Ponpao, Nipaphorn published the artcileMetal- and solvent-free synthesis of aniline- and phenol-based triarylmethanes via Bronsted acidic ionic liquid catalyzed Friedel-Crafts reaction, Product Details of C8H10O2, the main research area is benzene aryl aldehyde ionic liquid catalyst Friedel Crafts reaction; phenol aryl aldehyde ionic liquid catalyst Friedel Crafts reaction; aromatic amine aldehyde ionic liquid catalyst Friedel Crafts reaction; triarylmethane preparation regioselective green chem.

A beneficial, scalable and efficient methodol. for the synthesis of aniline-based triarylmethanes was established through the double Friedel-Crafts reaction of com. aldehydes and primary, secondary or tertiary anilines using Bronsted acidic ionic liquid as a powerful catalyst, namely [bsmim][NTf2] (4-sulfono-1-butylmethylimidazolium trifluoromethanesulfonimide). This protocol was successfully performed under metal- and solvent-free conditions with a broad range of substrates, giving the corresponding aniline-based triarylmethane products in good to excellent yields (up to 99%). In addition, alternative aromatic nucleophiles such as phenols and electron-rich arenes were also studied using this useful approach to achieve a diversity of triarylmethane derivatives in high to excellent yields.
