Reference of 2412-58-0, Chemistry is the science of change. But why do chemical reactions take place? Why do chemicals react with each other? The answer is in thermodynamics and kinetics. In a document type is Article, and a compound is mentioned, 2412-58-0, 1-Methyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline, introducing its new discovery.
Dihydro-5H-thiazolo[2,3-a]isoquinolinones (1-6) and tetrahydro-5H-thiazolo[2,3a]isoquinolines (7-12) have been prepared from 3,4-dihydroisoquinoline derivatives under the action of alpha-mercapto alkanoic acids or ethylene sulfide, respectively. In the synthesis of compounds 2 and 5 isothiocarbostril (13) and N-thioacetyl-beta-phenylethylamine derivatives (14), respectively, were also used as substrates and treated with bromoacetic acid derivatives. Spectral characteristics (IR, 1H, 13C NMR and MS) of compounds 1-12 are presented.
Balanced chemical reaction does not necessarily reveal either the individual elementary reactions by which a reaction occurs or its rate law.Reference of 2412-58-0. In my other articles, you can also check out more blogs about 2412-58-0
