Chem. investigation on the cultures of the fungus Marasmius berteroi, resulted in the isolation of 10 compounds including 2 new ones named (S)-3,7-dihydroxy-1-indanone (1) and (S)-3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-3-Me isobenzofuran-1(3H)-one (2). Their structures were determined based on NMR, HRESIMS and ECD spectra anal.
