The organic phase was then washed with a 1 N sodium hydroxide solution, with brine, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by flash column chromatography eluting with DCM/MeOH: 95/5 to give the title compound as a yellow oil (120 mg, 75%). LC/MS: m/z 501 (M+H)+, Rt: 3.75 min.
