Application of 2412-58-0, Chemistry is the science of change. But why do chemical reactions take place? Why do chemicals react with each other? The answer is in thermodynamics and kinetics. In a document type is Article, and a compound is mentioned, 2412-58-0, 1-Methyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline, introducing its new discovery.
SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF 8-AZA-D-HOMOGONANES WITH FUNCTIONAL SUBSTITUENTS AT C11
Annelation of 3,4-dihydroisoquinolines with 2-acyl-1,3-cyclohexanediones containing a terminal ester group in the acyl fragment yields 11-substituted derivatives of 8-aza-D-homogonanes.The compounds containing the 11-COOMe group exist in solution as a mixture of keto and enol tautomers with respect to C12 (up to 90percent of the latter). The 11-methoxycarbonylmethylene derivatives exist as a mixture of cis and trans isomers with respect to 9-H, whereas the 9,11-dimethyl derivative was isolated exclusively as the trans isomer.
Balanced chemical reaction does not necessarily reveal either the individual elementary reactions by which a reaction occurs or its rate law.Application of 2412-58-0. In my other articles, you can also check out more blogs about 2412-58-0
