These complexes have been characterized by elemental anal., conductivity measurements and IR spectral studies. All the complexes were non-electrolyte in nature. IR spectral data of these complexes showed the bidentate behavior of ligand and metals were tetra and hexa-coordinated in ML2 and M’L3 type of complexes resp.
