Bunker, Reed C.; LeCroy, William C. published an article about the compound: 2,3,5-Trichloropyridin-4-ol( cas:1970-40-7,SMILESS:OC1=C(Cl)C(Cl)=NC=C1Cl ).HPLC of Formula: 1970-40-7. Aromatic heterocyclic compounds can be classified according to the number of heteroatoms or the size of the ring. The authors also want to convey more information about this compound (cas:1970-40-7) through the article.
The responses of temperate-zone grasses and associated broadleaf plants to granular and spray applications of 57 herbicides were evaluated at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, over an 18-month period. In general, AP-920 [12684-08-1], bromacil (I) [314-40-9], Daxtron (II) [1970-40-7], and Sinbar [5902-51-2] were the most effective herbicides for the control of grasses in this test. The principal plant species in the test were classified as to their resistance or susceptibility to each herbicide.
