Korvinson, Kirill A. published the artcileCatalytic Reductions Without External Hydrogen Gas: Broad Scope Hydrogenations with Tetrahydroxydiboron and a Tertiary Amine, Synthetic Route of 151-10-0, the main research area is arene arylamine benzylic alc chemoselective preparation; palladium catalyst reduction haloarene aryl triflate without hydrogen; hydroxydiboron methylmorpholine chemoselective reductant; chemoselective deuteration haloarene palladium catalyst deuterated hydroxyboron DMAP; deuteriation; diboron; hydrogenation; reduction; tetrahydroxydiboron.
Aryl bromides, iodides, chlorides, and triflates, benzylic halides and ethers, benzyl carbamates, alkenes, alkynes, azides, and aldehydes underwent reductive cleavage, hydrogenation, and reduction reactions using B2(OH)4 as reductant in the presence of Pd/C and 4-methylmorpholine. Aryl dihalides containing two different halogen atoms underwent selective reduction, with reduction of I favored over reduction of Br and Cl, and Br reduction favored over the reduction of Cl. Cyano groups were unaffected, but nitro group and ketones underwent reduction to a low extent. B2(OD)4 and N,N-bis(methyl-d3)pyridin-4-amine (DMAP-d6) were used as reagents for the reductive deuteration of aryl halides. Hydrogen gas has been observed to form with this reagent combination.
Advanced Synthesis & Catalysis published new progress about Aldehydes Role: RCT (Reactant), RACT (Reactant or Reagent). 151-10-0 belongs to class isoquinoline, name is 1,3-Dimethoxybenzene, and the molecular formula is C8H10O2, Synthetic Route of 151-10-0.
