Fang, Chaojie published the artcileA practical iodine-catalyzed oxidative conversion of aldehydes to nitriles, Application In Synthesis of 1205-17-0, the main research area is nitrile preparation green chem; aldehyde oxidation ammonium acetate iodine catalyst.
A simple and efficient method for the direct synthesis of nitriles from aldehydes using ammonium acetate as the nitrogen source has been developed. The reactions were performed with iodine as the catalyst and tert-Bu hydroperoxide (TBHP) as the oxidant under mild conditions. A variety of aromatic, heteroaromatic, aliphatic and allylic aldehydes could be converted into their corresponding nitriles in good to excellent yields.
RSC Advances published new progress about Aldehydes Role: RCT (Reactant), RACT (Reactant or Reagent). 1205-17-0 belongs to class isoquinoline, name is 2-Methyl-3-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)propionaldehyde, and the molecular formula is C11H12O3, Application In Synthesis of 1205-17-0.
