Matsukawa, Yuta published the artcileReactions between 5-Nitroso-1,3-diphenyltetrazolium Salts and Electron-Rich Arenes, Amines, Thiophenol, Sulfoxides, and Thioanisole, Product Details of C8H10O2, the main research area is nitroso diphenyltetrazolium salt arene amine thiophenol sulfoxide thioanisole oxidation.
A series of reactions between 5-nitroso-1,3-diphenyltetrazolium tetrafluoroborate and methoxybenzenes such as 1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene, 1,3-dimethoxybenzene, methoxybenzene, amines such as aniline, N,N’-bianiline, benzhydrylamine, benzylamine, thiols (thioanisole, thiophenol), sulfoxides (DMSO, di-Ph sulfoxide) and di-Ph sulfide, most of which are generally accepted as being inert to nitroso groups, is reported here. The tetrazolium-activated nitroso functionality is capable of oxidizing the aforementioned substrates to give the corresponding oxidized products e.g., azobenzene, and the nitroso tetrazolium itself is transformed into the corresponding amide or hydroxyamide I [R = NH-, O-], depending on the nature of the reaction partners. In the case of thioanisole, an addition product II•BF4- was obtained.
Bulletin of the Chemical Society of Japan published new progress about Anisoles Role: RCT (Reactant), RACT (Reactant or Reagent). 151-10-0 belongs to class isoquinoline, name is 1,3-Dimethoxybenzene, and the molecular formula is C8H10O2, Product Details of C8H10O2.
