147497-32-3, 6-Bromo-3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-1(2H)-one is a isoquinoline compound, ?involved in a variety of chemical synthesis. Rlated chemical reaction is continuously updated
To a solution of the title A compound, 6-BROMO-3, 4-DIHYDRO-2H-ISOQUINOLIN-1-ONE (570 mg, 2.52 mmol) and benzyl bromide (390 UL, 3.28 mmol) in 10 mL of DMF is added sodium hydride (131 mg, 3.28 MMOL), and the reaction is stirred at RT for 3 h. The reaction is quenched with 1 N aqueous HCI, and the product is taken up in EtOAc. The organic solution is washed with water and brine, dried over anhydrous NA2SO4 and concentrated : Chromatography on silica (eluent : EtOAc/hexane – 1) affords 2-BENZYL-6-BROMO-3, 4-dihydro- 2H-isoquinolin-1-one.
As the paragraph descriping shows that 147497-32-3 is playing an increasingly important role.
