Application of 1532-97-4, Chemistry is the science of change. But why do chemical reactions take place? Why do chemicals react with each other? The answer is in thermodynamics and kinetics. In a document type is Article, and a compound is mentioned, 1532-97-4, 4-Bromoisoquinoline, introducing its new discovery.
Cu- and Mo-catalysed expedient synthesis of alkynyl-substituted derivatives of 1,2-dihydropyridines, -quinolines and -isoquinolines
An efficient synthesis of 1,2-dihydroisoquinolines and -quinolines by employing dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate activated isoquinolines and quinolines in conjuction with the CuC12/Et3N catalytic system is described herein. Furthermore, the MoO3-catalysed alkynylation of pyridines and substituted pyridines has also been achieved. Moreover, this process has allowed the rapid synthesis of alkynyl derivatives of dihydroisoquinoline and -quinoline with functional group variations of the alkynyl group by using a low catalyst loading (i.e., 1 mol-%).
Balanced chemical reaction does not necessarily reveal either the individual elementary reactions by which a reaction occurs or its rate law.Application of 1532-97-4. In my other articles, you can also check out more blogs about 1532-97-4
