Munnuri, Sailu’s team published research in Organic Letters in 2019-03-15 | CAS: 151-10-0

Organic Letters published new progress about Amination catalysts (regioselective). 151-10-0 belongs to class isoquinoline, name is 1,3-Dimethoxybenzene, and the molecular formula is C8H10O2, COA of Formula: C8H10O2.

Munnuri, Sailu published the artcileCu(II)-Mediated N-H and N-Alkyl Aryl Amination and Olefin Aziridination, COA of Formula: C8H10O2, the main research area is aniline regioselective green preparation; aziridine diastereoselective green preparation; copper catalyst regioselective amination arene diastereoselective aziridination alkene.

The combination of Cu(OTf)2 and 1,10-phenanthroline in hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP) was used for the green and regioselective amination of arenes with hydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid, N-cyclohexylhydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid, and O-(mesitylsulfonyl)-N-methylhydroxylamine at ambient temperature Under similar conditions, alkenes underwent diastereoselective aziridination with hydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid, N-cyclohexylhydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid, and O-(mesitylsulfonyl)-N-methylhydroxylamine at ambient temperature using CuCl2 and 1,10-phenanthroline as catalysts. The reactions provide alternatives to rhodium-catalyzed aziridinations and in some cases provide products with different regioselectivities than related rhodium- and iron-catalyzed reactions.
