Jinkala, Rajesh published the artcileIodine promoted synthesis of pyrido[2′,1′:2,3]imidazo[4,5-c]quinoline derivatives via oxidative decarboxylation of phenylacetic acid, Synthetic Route of 104-01-8, the main research area is pyridoimidazoquinoline preparation green chem; phenylacetic acid imidazoheteroaryl aniline oxidative decarboxylation Pictet Spengler cyclization.
An unprecedented and efficient mol. iodine promoted domino protocol for the synthesis of N-polycyclic-pyrido[2′,1′:2,3]imidazo[4,5-c]quinolines were reported from phenylacetic acid and 2-(imidazoheteroaryl)anilines. This methodol. was also extended for the preparation of benzo[4′,5′]thiazolo[2′,3′:2,3]imidazo[4,5-c]isoquinolines in good yields. However, this protocol proceeds via a sequential decarboxylation of phenylacetic acid with I2/DMSO system followed by Pictet-Spengler cyclization in good yields.
Synthetic Communications published new progress about Fused heterocyclic compounds Role: SPN (Synthetic Preparation), PREP (Preparation). 104-01-8 belongs to class isoquinoline, name is 4-Methoxyphenylacetic acid, and the molecular formula is C9H10O3, Synthetic Route of 104-01-8.
