A new ternary nanocomposite (Ti/FAp/MWCNTs) constituting titania, fluorapatite and multiwalled carbon nanotubes was prepared First, the fluorapatite (FAp) nanostructures were developed using glutamic acid as the crystal growth modifier; then it reacted with functionalized MWCNT sand TiO2 via sonication in ether. Recyclability with consistent activity (>5 times) was the added advantage of the Ti/FAp/MWCNTs nanocomposite.
