Saadati, Fariba published the artcileGuanidinate Early-Transition-Metal Complexes: Efficient and Selective Hydroaminoalkylation of Alkenes, SDS of cas: 5961-59-1, the main research area is tantalum methylamido silylmethyl complex catalyst hydroaminoalkylation alkene; crystal structure methylamido silylmethyl triazabicyclodecene tantalum complex; mol structure methylamido silylmethyl triazabicyclodecene tantalum complex.
The influence of N,N-chelating guanidinate ligands on the reactivity of in situ generated Ta complexes for the intermol. hydroaminoalkylation of amines were explored. Increased conversion was observed with the Na salt of 1,5,7-triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene (TBDNa) paired with the Ta precursor Ta(CH2SiMe3)3Cl2 at 110°. Terminal alkenes underwent hydroaminoalkylation with a variety of secondary amine substrates to give substituted secondary amine products. Mono- and bis(guanidinate) Ta complexes were prepared, and their structures were studied. Importantly, the guanidinate ligand could be alkylated in the β position using Ta(NMe2)5 as a precatalyst to give the linear regioisomer as the major product, and this substituted ligand gave improved hydroaminoalkylation conversion in comparison to the parent ligand.
Organometallics published new progress about Alkenes Role: RCT (Reactant), RACT (Reactant or Reagent). 5961-59-1 belongs to class isoquinoline, name is 4-Methoxy-N-methylaniline, and the molecular formula is C8H11NO, SDS of cas: 5961-59-1.
