Yan, Zhiyang published the artcileConstruction of C(sp2)-C(sp3) Bond between Quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones and N-Hydroxyphthalimide Esters via Photocatalytic Decarboxylative Coupling, Application In Synthesis of 104-01-8, the main research area is quinoxalinone green preparation; alkyl hydroxyphthalimide ester quinoxalinone decarboxylative coupling photocatalyst; C(sp2)−C(sp3); NHP esters; metal- and oxidant-free; photoredox catalysis; quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones.
A novel visible-light-driven decarboxylative coupling of alkyl N-hydroxyphthalimide esters with quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones was developed to afford 3-alkylated quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones I [R1 = H, Me, Bn, etc.; R2 = H, 6-OMe, 7-Cl, etc.; R3 = tBu, Cy, admantyl, etc.]. This C(sp2)-C(sp3) bond-forming transformation exhibited excellent substrate generality with respect to both the coupling partners. Addnl., the mild conditions, easy availability of substrates, wide functional group tolerance and operational simplicity made this protocol practical in the synthesis of compounds I.
Chemistry – An Asian Journal published new progress about Acids Role: RCT (Reactant), RACT (Reactant or Reagent). 104-01-8 belongs to class isoquinoline, name is 4-Methoxyphenylacetic acid, and the molecular formula is C9H10O3, Application In Synthesis of 104-01-8.
