Compound(1970-40-7)Computed Properties of C5H2Cl3NO received a lot of attention, and I have introduced some compounds in other articles, similar to this compound(2,3,5-Trichloropyridin-4-ol), if you are interested, you can check out my other related articles.

The chemical properties of alicyclic heterocycles are similar to those of the corresponding chain compounds. Compound: 2,3,5-Trichloropyridin-4-ol, is researched, Molecular C5H2Cl3NO, CAS is 1970-40-7, about Cytological studies in vivo of picloram, pyriclor, trifluralin, 2,3,6-TBA [2,3,6-trichlorobenzoic acid], 2,3,5,6-TBA [2,3,5,6-tetrachlorobenzoic acid], and nitralin, the main research direction is herbicide mitosis; mitosis herbicide; chloroplasts herbicide; pichloram chloroplasts.Computed Properties of C5H2Cl3NO.

The effect of the following herbicides was studied, in vivo, on mitosis, chloroplast development, cell elongation, cytoplasmic streaming, and ther processes in the cells of Tradescantia paludosa and Vicia faba: picloram (I), pyrichlor (2,3,5-trichloro-4-pyridinol) (II), trifluralin (III), 2,3,6-TBA (IV), 2,3,5,6-TBA (V), and 4-(methylsulfonyl)-2,6-dinitro-N,N-dipropylaniline (nitralin) (VI). I at 200 ppm. and II at 50 or 100 ppm. caused necrosis (by coagulating the cytoplasm) in cells undergoing mitosis. At low concentrates, they increased cell elongation. III (0.2-1.6 ppb.) and IV and V (20 ppm. each) were more toxic to Vicia than to Tradescantia cells. VI in very low concentrations caused mitotic aberrations similar to those induced by colchicine. These results confirmed earlier studies, and demonstrated further that VI was more toxic to Tradescantia, a monocot, than to Vicia, a dicot. The results obtained following the treatment of Vicia leaf cells with 20 ppm. I, 12 ppm. II, and 2 ppm. V suggested that both I and II inhibit chloroplast division and growth, whereas V results in larger and more numerous chloroplasts and very little growth.
