Ni, Niannian published the artcileSynthesis of Acrylonitrile Derivatives via Visible Light-induced Coupling Reaction of Morita-Baylis-Hillman Adducts with Tertiary Amines and α-Trimethylsilyl Amines, Safety of 4-Methoxy-N-methylaniline, the main research area is acrylonitrile diastereoselective preparation photochem ruthenium catalyst; Morita Baylis Hillman adduct tertiaryamine trimethylsilyl amine coupling reaction.
Ru-catalyzed coupling reaction of Morita-Baylis-Hillman (MBH) adducts with tertiary amines and α-trimethylsilyl amines under visible light is disclosed. Compared with the reported MBH adducts with ester as withdrawing-electron groups, MBH adducts with cyano group in this paper show different chem. reaction characteristics. The universality of substrates has been extended. A series of structurally complementary acrylonitriles are obtained in satisfied yields under mild condition, which provides a good opportunity to discover new meaningful bioactive compounds
Asian Journal of Organic Chemistry published new progress about Coupling reaction catalysts (photochem.). 5961-59-1 belongs to class isoquinoline, name is 4-Methoxy-N-methylaniline, and the molecular formula is C8H11NO, Safety of 4-Methoxy-N-methylaniline.
